Programlar VST plugin klasörünü aşağıdaki registry anahtarında ararlar.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\VST

windows 64bit ise HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\VST

Bu anahtarın altında VSTPluginsPath diye bir değer vardır. Bu değere yazacağınız klasör vstplugin için varsayılan klasör olacaktır.
